My kiosk wont play a class
The good ol turn off and on again trick.
Turn the kiosk off at the plug on the wall, wait a couple of seconds and then turn back on.

My airpods won't connect
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on. Put both AirPods in the charging case and open the lid. Press and hold the setup button on the back of the case until the status light starts flashing white. Click Connect next to your AirPods in the Nearby Devices list.

The class starts to play but won't load
Try turning the kiosk off and on at the plug by the wall. If it still won't play, try another kiosk. If that one isn't working it could be that the internet has gone down. We appreciate if you could alert us asap at hello@orapilates.com.au so we can get it rectified :)
My headphones aren't connecting
If you've tried the normal way to connect your headphones and it still isn't working, turn your headphones off and the bluetooth off. Wait a few seconds and turn both on and try again. If your headphones are connected to your phone, try disconnecting your phone so it isn't paired with another device.
We have also noticed that trying to connect your headphones BEFORE selecting a class can help. If the problem persists please let us know at hello@orapilates.com.au
